🔑 Official Trezor® Wallet Management (Trezor @Login) FAQs

Getting Started and Access

What is the official method to access and manage my Trezor wallet?

The official, recommended software for managing your Trezor Model T or Trezor One is **Trezor Suite**. It's a cross-platform application (desktop or web-based) that provides a secure, self-custodial interface to manage your crypto assets, perform transactions, and configure your device settings.

Why is it sometimes referred to as 'Trezor @Login'?

Historically, the online interface was accessed via a web address that functioned as a portal or "login" point, even though you **never** enter a traditional password on the website. Instead, the interface prompts you to connect your physical Trezor device and enter your **PIN** on the device itself.

Security and Backup

Do I enter my Recovery Seed or Private Key when accessing Trezor Suite?

**ABSOLUTELY NOT.** You should **never** enter your 12, 18, or 24-word **Recovery Seed** (or private key) anywhere on your computer or phone. Your seed must only ever be entered directly onto the **Trezor device itself** during the initial setup or a device recovery process.

What is a Passphrase (Hidden Wallet)?

The **Passphrase** is an **optional** security feature that adds a 25th word (or more) to your Recovery Seed. This word, which you choose and memorize, creates a completely separate, **hidden wallet** linked only to your memory.
